CPSS has many great relationships with employers in our community. We have been able to help many of our customers gain fulfilling employment and the independence that goes with it. The employers we work with also benefit by helping individuals gain independence as well as financial benefits. We are actively involved in communications with employers, scheduling interviews, recruiting resources, screening, job coordinating and recommendations.
We train customers on specific job tasks to employer satisfaction. We provide follow-up services (monitoring progress and providing interventions where/when necessary) to address any ongoing or new issues that may arise, whether it be related to task performance or social interactions/ behavior issues.
