Heather

Alfred is the father of 4 Children, 5 Grandchildren, and husband of 44 years to Eugenia Moten. Experienced Assistant Pastor with a demonstrated history of working in the religious institutions industry. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Budgeting, Accounting, Coaching, and Conflict Resolution. Strong community and social services professional with a Certified focused in Family Development, Human Services from Penn State University and Temple University of Harrisburg.

Since joining CPSS in 2015 Paul has enjoyed the experience of working with consumers.  A native of Lebanon, PA, Paul has lived in the Harrisburg area for several years. A published illustrator, Paul unwinds by creating art, reading and collecting books. Paul is married with two stepsons.

Heather has been with CPSS since September 2016. Although she has only been with CPSS for a short time, she has a year of prior experience in the field. She grew up in Cumberland county but now currently resides in Snyder county. She graduated with a bachelor degree in social work from Lock Haven University in 2012.

Rose was born in Harrisburg, Pa. She is the mother of two & a grandmother. Her hobbies include music, cooking, arts & crafts, poetry, scrap booking, reading, & traveling. Rose has been with CPSS for almost two years.
